Featuring the food and wine of Spring. 5 Courses for $40.
Menu
- Soup - Tuscan style white bean ragout with char-grilled spring onions
- Salad - fresh herb salad with basil, chervil, tarragon and spinach with house pickled artichokes and sun-dried tomato vinaigrette
- Course 1 - lemongrass shrimp skewers over mid-eastern pasta pearls with Caribbean cocoa, Thai chili and sweet basil
- Course 2 - char-grilled herb crusted lamb loin over arugula with shaved radish, roasted fennel, grilled asparagus and lemon mint chutney
- Dessert - rosemary lemon meringue with dark chocolate ganache
